General Terms and Conditions

In case of Home Loan, Cashback amount will be paid on the basis of amount of loan disbursed and as per applicable Cashback slab. For e.g. If the loan approved is INR 50 Lacs and the loan disbursed is INR 20 Lacs then the cash back of INR 5000 (excluding taxes) will be paid. The minimum amount to avail cash back scheme is Rs.20 Lacs. Below the Rs. 20 Lacs the scheme will not be valid.   

• In Case of Personal Loan, Cashback amount will be paid on the basis of loan disbursed and as per applicable Cashback For e.g. If the loan disbursed is INR 4 Lacs then the cash back of INR 2000 (excluding taxes) will be paid. The minimum Amount to Avail Cash Back scheme is Rs. 4 lacs. Below Rs. 4 lacs the scheme will not be valid
• In Case of Credit Card cash back will be INR 500 for all the cards.
• The Cash back amount is non-transferable which means you can’t transfer it into your bank account.
• The Cash back is at the sole desecration of Creditnation.in . Oxigen wallet and its affiliates has no vested interest or role in process in entirety
• In case the customer cancels the loan or Card within 30(thirty) days of disbursal or card issuance, Creditnation reserves the right to refuse the Cashback.
• Cashback will be sent to the customer's Oxigen wallet account specified by the customer on issuance of credit card or disbursement of loans by the bank where Customer voluntarily agrees to share the Oxigen wallet details with Creditnation
• For customer to get the cashback, loan or card should have been processed entirely through Creditnation.in. While applying for any product, please ensure that customer is providing the documents only to authorized representative of Creditnation. In case customer application is submitted to relevant Bank via any other channel or medium, it is likely that you would lose out on the cashback offer through Creditnation.
• Creditnation shall not in any manner be liable if wrong Oxigen wallet details are being entered by the customer.

• The Cashback process with take upto 30 days after the disbursal.

• With successful issuance of card/disbursal of loan, you will receive an email from Creditnation asking for your Personal account details wherein you would like to receive the cash back.

• Post receipt of complete details, Creditnation will process the cash back in your Oxigen wallet account as per details verified by you within the next 30 days.

• You will receive a confirmation mail from Creditnation once the cash back amount is credited to your account.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or deal and cannot be assigned/transferred to any other person/customer.
• Creditnation reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• This offer is valid on all the products available at Creditnation.
• Unlawful modification or trade of Cashback is prohibited.
• Creditnation will have absolute discretion to decide the eligibility of participants for the cashback.
• Nothing mentioned herein amounts to a commitment or representation from Creditnation to conduct further such offers in future.
• The terms & conditions of this Offer shall be in addition, and not in substitution / derogation to, the Rules & Regulations governing the use of the Credit Card of the respective - Bank/availing the loan facility and/or the respective websites of card issuing Banks/loan issuing Banks. By applying for credit cards/loans through this offer, the Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein.
• If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Creditnation in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Creditnation, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Creditnation, then Creditnation shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
• This offer is available to the credit cards/loans issued and disbursed in India.
• Creditnation disclaims all third party liabilities that may arise from or in connection with this offer.
• All of Creditnation's action will be on a best-effort basis only.
• These terms & Conditions shall be governed by laws of India.
